🔹 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a transaction before the payout is completed to the recipient.
- If the funds have already been credited to the beneficiary’s account, cancellation will not be possible.
- If you exercise your right to cancel, a cancellation charge may apply.
To request a cancellation, please submit a written request to our support team, including:

✔ Address & Phone Number
✔ Transaction Tracking Number
✔ Transaction Amount
✔ Reason for Refund Request
🔹 Refund Policy
We will issue a refund in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Payment – Your account was debited twice for the same transaction.
✅ Failed Transaction – The transaction was unsuccessful, but the funds were debited from your account.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and in the same currency.
- Adjustments may be made for currency fluctuations, and you will be responsible for any changes.
- All refund and cancellation decisions made by AxEdVe are final and must be accepted by the customer.
🔹 Limitation of Liability
AxEdVe is not responsible for:
❌ Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., banking issues, technical failures).
❌ Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the sender.
❌ Losses arising from third-party service providers (e.g., internet service providers, browsers, or software errors).
